Interested in becoming more involved for the 2024-2025 school year? 
We are seeking nominations for 4 PTA Officer positions for the next school year.

What does being an officer mean? A LOT of fun, a lot of hard work and a chance to be part of a team!!! We love planning events, advocating for our community and being a part of something bigger. And we would LOVE to add you to our team. 

Not to worry, we aren’t going anywhere. We are ready to help, to train, to answer any questions you have!! Some of us will be running for positions on the board again, but we are so excited to have new board members join us.

Spring Book Fair
We will be having our Spring Book Fair March 18th-22nd. Children will shop during their library special during the week. Check back soon for more details about volunteering to help kids shop and e-wallet information. 

Books And Bingo
3/21/24 6-8pm
Join us for a fun night of Bingo and evening shopping hours at the book fair! If you would like to volunteer to help at this event, click here.  
 There will be hot chocolate, cookies, snacks and water for sale for $1.

Raffle Basket Donations
If you would like to donate to help us create our raffle baskets for the carnival, click here to print out a form, or make a donation online through MemberHub. (cash and online payments only). Donations are due by March 4th.

*The top donating class from each grade with receive 10 free basket raffle tickets.*
**If sending in a donation for multiple students, amount will be divided evenly among each child's class unless specified.**  

Join the PTA for the 2023-2024 school year
Please consider joining the PTA​! 

Join by returning this form to the main office or join online through MemberHub.​ Single memberships are $10 and Two parent/guardian memberships are $15. Additional Two-member membership levels are $25 and $50. 
By joining the PTA, some of your money goes toward the many activities, assemblies, etc. that are provided for the kids of North Star by the PTA. 
*As a reminder you need to re-join each year.*

Joining doesn't mean you have to volunteer. It helps the kids, but if you would like to volunteer, there will be many opportunities to help throughout the year. Please contact if you are interested in volunteering, or Click HERE to print out a PTA volunteer form and send it into school.

Spirit Wear 

Purchase spirit wear year-round through1st Day School Supplies, our school supply company.  They have designed some shirts for North Star.  Their spirit wear part of their business is called 1st Day Spirit Wear.  If you choose to order through this website, everything is done through their website and questions about orders placed should go to them.  For any other questions, contact Jen Stephenson today.

Did you know Box tops has an app! You register for free on the website, download the app, buy products, scan your receipt and our school earns money. It’s very simple! For more information check out the Box Tops website at Two local grocery stores have a program for box tops. Acme's program is called Growing Local Learning and Shop Rite's program is called Shop Rite for my School.

   Help our office staff keep track of early dismissals and absences by using this handy form letter to communicate 
  with them

News from the School
North Star is giving back to the community! 
We will be collecting NEW hats, gloves, scarves, white men's crew socks and white men's t-shirts for the Sunday Breakfast Mission. Please send items in your child's backpack or in a bag and label them "Sunday Breakfast Mission." 
**This is the last week for donations.**
